Empathy

                 EMPATHY

Empathy means to put yourself in another person's shoe and see how it feels. To  understand where the other person is coming from.

You show empathy by understanding and share other peoples feeling. Empathy  is about respect, humbleness and honesty.  Another thing about empathy is by understanding  other peoples culture ,example: if a person is standing and eating people might think that he is  really rude but its that persons culture.

If there is a new kid in the school what do you do? do you just leave him or her alone or show empathy by making him or her feel comfortable in school. The best answer is showing
empathy so the boy or the girl will be your friend.

Playing with St Peters

Playing with St Peters
It was Wednesday the 11th of June that was the  day when we played rugby with St Peters at Pt England field . When we were warming up the St Peters team were jogging on the field they were really big, they looked bigger our team. One of my teammates was whispering he said they are really big . The ref blew his whistle it was game time and then we put hands our  together we all said brothers on three.

We jogged on the field  the ref was talking to the captains and then they jogged back the ref blew the whistle we kicked the ball to St Peters. The St Peters forwards were running hard but we still tackled them our defense were driving them back but in a few minutes their No 12 scored the first try  but the No 10 missed his kick. We jogged back for kick off  our No 10 kicked off the ball , the No 15 caught the but he got high tackled from the No 5.

They ran really hard breaking down our defensive line  but we still managed to stay up on our feet and we turned over the ball we were using our backline but one of our backline dropped the at the then their No 8 intercepted the ball but the No 5 tackled him and he dropped the ball. Our No 15 picked the ball and got a runaway try everyone was screaming.  Our No 9 kicked the ball but he missed we were setting up for them receiving  they kicked the ball we catched it was on the last 5 minutes of the game. We were trying to get past the 22 meter line  but one of our players dropped then it was half time.
